Returns

Baby Audrey does not accept returns or refunds as all product is made to order so please choose your items very carefully.

If you have ordered a piece that does not fit there will be a restringing fee and postage fees to and from.

 

Shipping

We use Australia Post as our means to get our products to you. The shipping you pay for is tracked and you will be able to use a tracking number we provide you to see an ETA for your order. Baby Audrey does not take responsibility for missing goods once it has been dispatched and this will need to be chased up with Australia Post. If you live in Melbourne and would like to save on shipping costs, please email us at babyaudrey_aus@outlook.com to arrange a pick up by you if you wish.

 

Cancellations

Please take extra care when placing an order with Baby Audrey as it cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed by you.
